A PAIR OF ANTIQUE CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE PLATES WITH PEACOCKS AND PEONIES Ø:21CM YONGZHENG PERIOD Nice & colourful famille rose pair of plates presenting a peacock on a pierced blue rock among large peonies and other types of flowers. Some traditional geometric and more peonies around the outer rim to complete this very colourful composition. A lovely pair of Yongzheng famille rose plates with bright enamels for 2 very decorative & colourful objects. Information Art / country: Asian Art, China. Type: Famille rose plates Period: Yongzheng period Dimensions: Diameters: 21.4 cm / 8.4" Weights: 0.53 Kg in total. Materials: enamelled porcelain Provenance: Private collection, South of France. Condition: After very careful checks under natural and UV lights, No repair, No chip. A plate with a hardly visible 2.8cm hairlines to the rim. Some frit rims, light kiln flaws, wears and enamel losses all commensurate with age & period. In overall GOOD CONDITION and STRICTLY AS PER VISUALS.
