About Savvas Pottery:

Today, Savvas Pottery remains true to its heritage and the traditional potters craft – producing the finest pieces of pottery and ceramics in Cyprus. Every piece is handmade, hand-painted and finished by craftsmen and women in the Koloni premises.

It is the only pottery on the island that develops its own colours and glazes. For kitchenware, we only use lead-free glazes. Currently, Savvas Pottery has an annual output of 120 tons.

While modern technology is used in the initial design and colouring process, every piece is still painstakingly painted and engraved by hand. Fine examples of traditional craftsmanship, handed down from generation to generation, to be as richly treasured today as they were thousands of years ago.
