Zeer zeldzaam Weetabix castle uit 1970
Zonder beschrijving en doos 
Met de uiterst zeer zeldzame vlag
er kunnen verkleuringen aanwezig zijn na 55 jaar
In goede en nette staat
Weetabix Castle 001 1970
Deze Weetabix-burcht is iets heel bijzonders. Het was namelijk de allereerste Legoburcht in de geschiedenis! Deze burcht had geen schaal voor minifiguren. Ze is ook nooit te koop geweest, maar was een promotieactie van het bedrijf Weetabix met Lego.
Men moest punten verzamelen die op een verpakking van Weetabix Flakes stonden. Als je genoeg punten had verzameld, kon je een Castle krijgen, dat Lego speciaal voor deze actie had ontworpen. Daarom is er ook geen originele verpakking van dat Castle, maar werd het in een gewone doos verzonden. Ook een handleiding was alleen in gedrukte vorm beschikbaar, wat bij mijn Castle helaas niet inbegrepen is. Wat wel aanwezig is, is de originele vlag met het originele Lego-woordmerk dat in die tijd werd gebruikt. In deze staat is het Castle al lange tijd niet meer gezien. Vanwege het ontbreken van een originele verpakking heeft dit set, omdat het extreem moeilijk te vinden is, in gebruikte staat een hogere waarde dan de officiële schatting.

Ook verzamelaars van unieke stukken opgelet: de gele ridderburcht als eerste burcht in minifiguurformaat, samen met het Weetabix Castle als allereerste Legoburcht in de geschiedenis!
