RARE & FINE CHINESE CLOISONNE RECTANGULAR TRAY 26.8x19CM EXCELLENT CONDITION 1st HALF 19TH Fine cast and beautiful work presenting a rectangular tray with canted corners, the interior with a lotus flower in the center surrounded by archaistic patterns and colourful scrolls all over the front on a turquoise ground. The inner rim with ruyis and rectangular designs and the back rim with repeated patterns. An antique & gorgeous work for a rare and very decorative piece of cloisonne. Information Art / country: Asian Art, China. Type: cloisonne tray Period: 1st Half 19th C. Dimensions (hxW): 26.8 x 19cm / 10.5 x 7.5". Weight: 1.08 Kg. Materials: Gilt copper & enamels Provenance: Private collection, Bordeaux area, France. Condition: After very carefull checks under natural and UV lights: No bump, No repair, No chip, No enamel loss but some expected pitting, minor manufacturing wears and abrasions, all commensurate with age and period.
