This whisky is crafted from a selection of spirits aged for over 16 years in both traditional oak casks and the finest Oloroso sherry casks.

The most distinctive feature of the Aberlour distillery is its "Double Cask Matured" process. Whiskies that have reached their peak in both sherry and bourbon casks are first blended together, then married for a short period in high-quality sherry casks to harmonize the flavors.

Colour: Vibrant gold.

Aroma: Crisp and clean, with sherry cask notes mingled with the scents of sweet dates, figs, caramelized apples, and toasted nuts.

Palate: Smooth on the palate with a gentle alcoholic presence. Flavors of oak and vanilla complement the clean sweetness of malted barley, while subtle hints of chocolate and spice add liveliness to the overall taste.

Finish: Cereal and dried fruit notes become more pronounced, revealing flavors of nutty spices and sherry wood, all while maintaining a fresh and elegant character.
