Aroma and Flavour - Symphony of Mature Notes

The aroma opens with an explosion of tropical fruits: mango, pineapple and juicy blood orange intertwine with ripe red berries, fresh herbs and subtle wood spices, twisted with notes of vanilla and caramelised toffee. A luxurious texture is revealed on the palate - ripe plums, black cherries and summer berries harmonise with spicy chilli, cherry menthol, cinnamon, nutmeg and toasted oak, creating a multi-layered, intriguing composition ideal for free tasting. The finish is long and balanced, with the dominance of the fruity port ruby sweets and delicate spices, leaving the impression of luxury worthy of almost three decades of maturation.
