Taza, plato y cucharilla en plata maciza 950 – D. Roussel, Francia, ca. 1850–1870

Excepcional conjunto compuesto por taza, plato y cucharilla, realizados íntegramente en plata maciza de ley 950, sin ningún recubrimiento ni esmalte. Obra del maestro orfebre D. Roussel, activo en Francia durante la segunda mitad del siglo XIX.

La decoración grabada a mano con técnica guilloché y motivos de estilo neoclásico-rococó demuestra una ejecución magistral: líneas finas, cartela central vacía para monograma y un asa de diseño elegante con volutas y equilibrio visual perfecto.

En el reverso de las piezas se aprecian claramente los punzones franceses:
	•	Cabeza de Mercurio (Mercure) – marca oficial de exportación de plata 950, utilizada entre 1840 y 1879,
	•	Marca del orfebre “D. Roussel”, registrada en París.

Este conjunto refleja el esplendor de la orfebrería francesa del Segundo Imperio, época caracterizada por la pureza del metal, la precisión técnica y el refinamiento ornamental.
