The high quality cover is a perfect match to the armature, crafted from linen with a similar cream color and gold-colored decorations. Due to their stylish Hollywood Regency appearance, the Herda Mid Century lamps have been rediscovered and are currently very popular. Herda Verlichting BV (1946 - 1997) was a Dutch lighting factory founded by the Daniels brothers in 1946, with its main location in Amsterdam and a second branch in Tilburg. Herda worked with some well-known Dutch designers from the studio in Amsterdam, including some top designers like Willem van Oyen.
