Up for auction - this very good condition early (3rd impression) of JK Rowling’s iconic children’s book, Harry Potter & The Philosopher’s Stone. This looks like it’s barely been read, and is in very good to near fine condition. Being a very early 3rd print, published by Ted Smart, it features the ‘Joanne Rowling’ error to the copyright page (her name was changed in later impressions to ‘JK Rowling’ to make the book appealing to boys). As can be seen by the pics, this is in very good condition. This is a VERY RARE opportunity to own such an early impression in such good condition. The jacket has just a tiny bit of rubbing to the top, and to the top of the spine, but apart from that, it's NOT price clipped, no sun fading to spine (a typical issue). The book itself is superb - absolutely no signs of handling whatsoever. The book is tight, with nice sharp edges, no bumping etc.. The pages are clean, and bright and without any annotations, names, etc. No blemishes at all. A truly special opportunity to own this superb book.
