Eiken Neo-Renaissance kast ca. 1890 – rijk gesneden met cherub en wijnranken

Beschrijving:
Zeer fraaie, handgesneden eiken kast uit de Neo-Renaissance periode (circa 1890–1910), vermoedelijk van Nederlandse of Vlaamse makelij.
De kast heeft een afneembare kroonlijst met rijk uitgevoerde acanthus- en wijnrankenmotieven, centraal voorzien van een cherub-figuur. De twee deuren zijn versierd met wijnranken en druiventrossen in reliëf, geflankeerd door slanke pilasters en originele ijzeren scharnieren.

De kast staat op bolpoten en heeft twee laden onderaan. Het geheel is vervaardigd uit massief eikenhout met een warme patina en verkeert in uitstekende, originele staat zonder vervangingen of grove restauraties.
