Reinvigorating and giving a second life to the discarded husks from the cacao pods has led to this innovative new packaging and becomes the inspiration for the whisky within. Joining this voyage of discovery, our whisky maker Polly Logan has created a whisky using a harmonious combination of exquisite sherry seasoned European and American oak casks which deliver a unique rich, dark, chocolate note. -Colour : Toasted cacao beans. -Aroma : Chocolate fondant, honey, oak, zesty lime and ginger. -Palate : Dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon. -Finish : Long with rich chocolate.
