The P31 recipe brings together different experiences from the ancient tradition of mixing herbs and natural ingredients for liqueurs for generations. The letter “P” pays homage to the history of the famous Venetian merchant Marco Polo and Pedrocchi, one of the most important historical cafes in Italy. Pedrocchi is located in Padua, within the former Republic of Venice, and is known for its green room, its green tapestries and its long tradition of coffee with green cream. It is in this traditional and green environment where P31 was born. Appetizer Green is a product made from selected herbs and essences. It is innovative, light, natural and refreshing, with little alcohol. Green Bitter with a stronger flavor and higher alcohol content, but always based on 31 highly selected herbs and essences with a predominance of bitter. Perfect for the most refined cocktails and to recreate a unique tasting experience. The bottle, in a Renaissance shape, with an elegant golden label that describes the ingredients and the recipe to prepare the reference cocktails. SPRITZ 3 parts of P31 Green Appetizer 3 parts Prosecco DOC (Brut or Extra Dry) 1 part soda or sparkling water A few drops of lime.
