This is an Art Deco silver plate Harrison Fisher & Co X large fish serving knife and fork set! 
The handmade silver plated serving knife and fork set has gorgeous decorative detail. The knife engraved decoration is particularly beautiful. 
The marks indicate that the set was made by Harrison Fisher & Co in Sheffield, England. EP stands for Electro Plated Nickel Silver.
The set is in excellent condition, beautifully decorated with wonderful details!
