Chandelier - Steel - FLOW rust LGH0961

The fantastically curved steel elements of the FLOW chandelier rust give the impression of levitating in the air. Suspended from thin steel cables, they gently sway in the wind, creating a slightly different composition each time. The rust FLOW chandelier conceals many faces, stimulating the viewer’s imagination. Created from dozens of steel elements covered with natural rust, it tells the story of falling leaves swirling in the wind. The chandelier’s shape is not a random spatial form; it looks phenomenal not only in large, open spaces but also perfectly complements dining and conference tables due to its elongated shape. The color of the chandelier is a conscious decision by the designers who wanted to emphasize the organic character of the lighting. Steel covered with natural rust reflects light and shimmers in shades of bronze and copper. The interplay of light and shadow created by shining light on the suspended elements adds additional aesthetic value. The rust FLOW chandelier, like other Gie El products, is made to order and entirely manufactured in Poland. The hanging elements of the chandelier are laser-cut in brass-plated steel, bent, exposed to atmospheric conditions to achieve a rusty coating, then manually assembled and suspended on thin cables. The FLOW chandelier rust is a proposal for those who appreciate unconventional, Polish design.
