A beautiful pair of late Victorian silver candlesticks with hallmarks for London 1904 and makers mark for Thomas Bradbury & Sons. The hallmarks appear on one side of the base, also on the sconces. The bases are also silver, a mark of high quality, with a central circle of baize, and they have also been hallmarked with the lion passant and makers mark. These candlesticks show the refined Edwardian style coming into fashion at the end of the Victorian era.
