5 volumes (sur 6) in-4 (25 x 19.5 cm), veau marbré (reliure de l'époque), dos à nerfs orné, pièces de titre et de tomaison en maroquin, tranches rouges, xvi-lxii-[2]-699 ; vi-784-vii/viii ;  viii-784 ; viii-771-[1] ; [4]-776 pages (volumes complet). Tome II en déficit, coins et coiffes frottés, petit manque de cuir sur le plat inférieur du tome VI. Bon état général.

Edition contenant plus de 150 causes plaidées par H. Cochin (1687-1747), avocat au parlement de Paris, célèbre pour ses brillantes improvisations. Le tome I contient une biographie et le tome VI une importante table des matières.

Exemplaire truffé d'un document manuscrit du 27 mars 1769 signé Cochin.
