Published on the occasion of Tadao Ando’s 2014 exhibition at Le Bon Marché, this catalog commemorates 90 years of French–Japanese cultural exchange.

Each copy features an original hand sketch and Ando’s autograph (see photos).

Ando’s signature vision defines Naoshima. Notably, he designed the subterranean Chichu Art Museum, illuminated by natural light and home to three works by James Turrell as well as Monet’s Water Lilies.
