It is made by blending fresh grape juice with Champagne Brendy, resulting in an amber-coloured, naturally sweet wine with an alcohol content that can exceed 15.5°. To produce the best Ratáfia in the World Jacques Selosse also blended Solera reserve wines from the 1990s to add complexity and the renowned amber colour. With the ultra-limited production and very long wait between releases, this Ratáfia represents a unique opportunity to experience the art and vision of one of the most revered producers in Champagne.
