Charmant ensemble de deux boites à chapelet en nacre naturelle à reflets irisés, chacune montée sur un cerclage en laiton doré ou métal patiné finement ciselé. Ces délicats petits écrins ovoïdes s'ouvrent sur une charnière et étaient destinés à contenir un chapelet miniature ou des reliques religieuses. Travail français du milieu du XIX eme siècle, typique des souvenirs de pèlerinage et objets de piété du second Empire. Les deux boites sont en bon état.
