Fraaie zeldzame "Collectors Item" zilverkleurig metalen 1890 - 1910 Jugendstil/ Art nouveau 'cigarette case' (licht gebogen) Met een afbeelding van Godin Galia + 2 kinderen en kanon  en tekst: "Si vis Pachem Para Bellum" = "Als je vrede wilt, bereid je dan voor op oorlog" en  florale versieringen.  Gemerkt: E. Dropsy = Jean-Baptiste Émile Dropsy (1848 - 1923) 
N.B. "Si vis pacem, para bellum" is een Latijnse uitdrukking die betekent "Als je vrede wilt, bereid je dan voor op oorlog". Het is een eeuwenoud gezegde dat impliceert dat een sterke defensie noodzakelijk is om vrede te bewaren en aanvallen te ontmoedigen. De uitdrukking komt oorspronkelijk uit het Romeinse militaire handboek De Re Militari van Publius Flavius Vegetius Renatus.
