il s'agit d'un bol couvert chinois, pot à thé.
un bel exemple d'étain artisanal chinois de Chaoyang (Guangdong), fabriqué par un atelier portant la marque Guang Xing Xin Ji, typique du début du XXe siècle.
Le sommet du couvercle est orné d'un Lion gardien chinois appelé Chien de Fô ou Foo Dog en anglais. 
C'est un motif symbolique classique de protection.
Les poignées sur les côtés du bol sont également décorées avec des têtes de lions gardiens.
Ce bol couvert en étain chinois de l'atelier 廣昌記 (Guǎng Chāng Jì), probablement fabriqué au début du XXe siècle. est une pièce décorative de l'artisanat chinois d'exportation.

Je ne suis pas expert les recherches ont été faites sur le web.
L'objet est en bon état, tels que sur les photos, avec des marques d'usages, légères déformations liées à l'âge. Une déformation plus importante sur le couvert (photo 11)
