This Tecnotempo Pulsometer watch , through the "Gradue Pour 30 Pulsations" function it measures the heart rate : When the second hand points at 12 o'clock, start counting the heart rate up to 30 beats : the corresponding value of the second hand, on the “Gradue Pour 30 Pulsations" scale, is the heart rate.*
