Deze sierlijke plateelvaas is een schitterend voorbeeld van Nederlands plateel uit de 20e eeuw. Het model D1620, met nummering 4067/1, werd geproduceerd door Plateelbakkerij Zeeland en toont de typische verfijnde decoratietechniek waar dit atelier bekend om staat.

De vaas valt direct op door de levendige kleuren, organische decoraties en het elegante, slanke silhouet met hoge geometrische handvatten. De matte zwarte accenten vormen een prachtig contrast met het frisse, handgeschilderde bloemmotief rondom de buik. Elk detail toont het vakmanschap van de schilder en maakt dit object tot een opvallende blikvanger in elk interieur.
