Here are 21 of 22 beautifully produced portraits. Sadly, one is lacking (Octave Mirbeau by Rodin). 

Thin wooden folder. This is in excellent condition without significant marks or damage. Inside, the paper wrappers are mainly clean, with a touch of marking, some slight loss to the spine of the paper (not affecting text). 

Our copy bears the autograph signature of Thurly, with a dedication to J. P. Boncour.* 

Inside are the 21 sheets, each with the subject title to the cover, and a brief biography of the subject. Inside the fold of each sheet, is a high quality sheet of art paper, with an attractive portrait of the subject. (For Mirbeau, the biography sheet is present but not the portrait). 

The sheets and portraits are generally in good, clean condition without significant damage.

*Joseph Paul-Boncour (1873–1972) was a prominent French politician, lawyer, and diplomat during the Third Republic. He is best known for his brief service as Prime Minister of France (December 1932–January 1933), as well as for holding numerous other key posts, including Minister of Labour, Minister of War, Foreign Minister, and France's Permanent Delegate to the League of Nations. Paul-Boncour is notably one of the "Vichy 80": the eighty parliamentarians who voted against granting full powers to Marshal Pétain in July 1940, thereby opposing the establishment of the Vichy regime. He later participated in the French Resistance.
