Antique English Walking Cane – Sterling Silver Handle – Birmingham 1908
Elegant Edwardian gentleman’s walking cane featuring a solid sterling silver handle and a bamboo shaft with natural segmented texture. The handle bears full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham, 1908:
Anchor – Birmingham assay office,
Lion passant – sterling silver (.925),
Date letter “i” – 1908.

The curved crook handle is of classic, smooth form – a timeless design typical of the Edwardian era. The shaft is made from natural bamboo cane, showing a rich patina and fine warm colour, with an original ferrule at the tip. A refined and authentic accessory from the early 20th century, combining craftsmanship, practicality, and elegance.

Good antique condition — small dents and surface wear to the silver consistent with age, light marks on the wood; overall sturdy and well-preserved.
