Hand-Crank Bench Grinder with Table Clamp

Manual bench-mounted grinding tool made of cast iron and steel, with a wooden crank handle and an adjustable tool rest. Likely European manufacture. Estimated production period: 1930s–1950s. Originally designed for sharpening small tools and blades on workbenches without electrical power. Its weight, structural stability, and clamp-mounted form also allow functional reuse as a bookend or decorative industrial accent in interior settings.

Dimensions: height 26 cm, width 23 cm, depth 20 cm.
Condition: Wear to the grinding wheel, surface oxidation on steel parts, and patina on the cast housing, consistent with age and use. Mechanism turns smoothly, clamp screw fully functional, no structural cracks.
