Descripción

Excepcional molino de pimienta antiguo realizado en plata repujada, con una decoración muy rica y profundamente trabajada. El cuerpo globular presenta un relieve detallado con motivos vegetales, hojas de acanto, grifos y una escena costumbrista típica de la tradición neerlandesa.

La manivela curvada mantiene su pomo original y el mecanismo interno funciona perfectamente, hecho poco común en piezas de casi un siglo de antigüedad.

Procedencia y datación

Los contrastes visibles en la parte superior permiten confirmar con precisión su origen neerlandés (Países Bajos).

La última marca —la letra “R” dentro de un óvalo— corresponde al marcado oficial de fecha de la plata holandesa para el año 1927, lo que permite identificar la pieza con exactitud cronológica.

Por lo tanto:

	•	Estilo: Historicismo tardío con elementos decorativos tradicionales neerlandeses
