A classic Hohner Comet Tremolo Harmonica (No. 2427) in the key of C major is for sale. The harmonica was manufactured in Germany and stands out with its distinctive, curved design and polished cover plates.
The Comet model is known for its full, floating sound, which is typical of tremolo harmonicas. It is an ideal instrument for traditional folk music, shanties, and marches.

Dimensions: approximately 16 cm (length) × 4 cm (width)

Key signature: C major (marked on the instrument)
Design: Curved body design with glossy, slightly gold or silver cover plates and red lettering. The cells (comb) are in dark red.
Type: Tremolo – produces a full, floating sound through slightly detuned pairs of tines.
Origin: Made in Germany.
Contents: The harmonica is delivered in the original cream-colored hard case with burgundy velvet lining.
Condition:
Good, with signs of age. The harmonica has been played. The polished cover plates show age-appropriate wear and light scratches (see pictures).
