I'm offering here a beautiful set of 2 biscuit porcelain vases designed by Cuno Fischer for Hutschenreuther in Op-Art Design (Germany, 1970s) SOME GENERAL INFORMATIONS: These two porcelain vases were produced by Hutschenreuther, a renowned German manufacturer founded in 1814 and known for its high-quality fine porcelain. They were designed by Cuno Fischer (1914–1973), a German painter and designer celebrated for his modernist forms and decorative concepts created for several major porcelain factories. The vases feature characteristic Op-Art relief patterns, incorporating geometric and abstract motifs that emphasize light, shadow, and visual rhythm. Their sculptural silhouettes and precise embossed decoration reflect Fischer’s signature approach to mid-century ceramic design. SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: * Made in Germany by Hutschenreuther * Designed by Cuno Fischer * Material : biscuit porcelain * Measurements: approx. 38x16,5 cm ( very big! ), 28x13 cm * Please watch all the pictures, they are also a part of description * I would like to point out that the items I am selling are several decades old and therefore show general signs of use and age, such as minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dust, dents, patina, chips etc. Any major damage is always shown in the photos * Please remember about Catawiki’s rules and make a payment maximally within 3 days after auction end The vases will be properly prepared for the shipping ( mainly recycled materials ) and sent insured ( up to 500€ ). IMPORTANT: If, however, the item is damaged or lost, please contact me via the internal Catawiki chat. According to EU law for courier companies, in any case of damage to an international shipment, the first step in obtaining compensation is for the RECIPIENT to report the damage to their local supplier within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Only then, after the RECIPENT ( you ) receives a certificate of damage, I as the sender can claim compensation. In addition, the following photos will be required: the damage to the item, the outside of the box with the shipping label, and the inside of the box including the materials used to protect the shipment.
