Diastema è un porta vinili in cemento e acciaio nato da un processo di upcycling, e questa sua origine gli dona un carattere che va oltre la semplice funzione. La struttura centrale, una sorta di pettine metallico ottenuto da una grata dismessa, dà il nome all’oggetto e racconta il cuore del progetto: trasformare un elemento grezzo e dimenticato in un supporto preciso, ordinato, silenziosamente sofisticato.
La neutralità cromatica del cemento e dell’acciaio lascia che siano i dischi a parlare per primi, diventando parte integrante della composizione visiva. In questa fusione di materiali rigidi e forme essenziali, l’equilibrio emerge senza sforzo: il cemento sostiene, l’acciaio organizza, i vinili colorano.
Prodotto in Italia nel 2025, porta con sé quella cura tipica del Made in Italy che riesce a tenere insieme artigianalità e pulizia formale. Con le sue dimensioni compatte — 61,5 cm di larghezza, 40 cm di profondità e 45 cm di altezza — si inserisce negli spazi come un piccolo dispositivo architettonico dedicato alla musica, capace di diventare presenza discreta o fulcro visivo a seconda di come viene abitato.
