Suntory’s Hibiki 21 Years Old is internationally renowned as one of the most prestigious blended whiskies from Japan. Hibiki, which means ‘harmony’ in Japanese, is a perfect name for this whisky, which symbolises the refined balance between various malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. All components of this blend have been matured for at least 21 years in a mix of American oak, sherry casks and the rare Japanese mizunara oak. The whisky is bottled at 43% alcohol.
