Description from the seller

Due to frequent business travel, it may take about a week from the time of payment until shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
Because it is a used book, there are some small scratches and scuffs, but the overall condition is not bad.

"This year" is a photo book by Nobuyoshi Araki, one of Japan's leading photographers. Published in 2005, this book was held at a large-scale exhibition at the Barbican Art Gallery in London, and in conjunction with that exhibition, "PHAIDON" produced a photo book of over 700 pages. It's also the year that Araki's photos have attracted worldwide attention. Araki has many photobooks that summarize a year's snapshots, so I think of a diary-style photobook from the title "This year", but the photo ended on August 15th, and the last photo is Araki Is in front of the Nijubashi of the Imperial Palace. The keyword of August 15 and the Imperial Palace suggests that the title "this year" has a different meaning, but as the belt says "special sign", this year (2005) It seems that 60 years after the war has a big meaning. The city of Tokyo is projected. Snaps are arranged like thumbnails, and large-sized photographs are arranged in large size. From the bold layout by designer Ichizuki Suzuki, it seems that this year's time has a special meaning. I will let you.
