The colors are bright and luscious, they stand out beautifully against the pristine White ground. Polychrome painting with scattered flowers, ornamental gilding, delicate forget-me-nots and other flowers, this pattern is of sublime delicacy. Floral painting on porcelain has a long tradition at the Meissen manufactory that has grown continually throughout the ages and continues on to this day.
