Springbank 21 Years Old 2021 is the 2021 edition of Springbank’s highly anticipated annual flagship single malt. The lightly peated whisky matured for 21 years in a unique combination of 65% port, 25% bourbon, 5% rum and 5% sherry casks. The result is an inviting, creamy and unbelievably complex single malt. Aromas of dunnage warehouse, old library books, leather, treacle and cinnamon kick off this rich dram. The whisky is viscous and thick on the palate, with notes of dark fruits, bung cloth, dates, spice and peat smoke. A long-lasting finish offers lingering salted caramel, toffee and peat smoke.
