Prado Enea is one of the flagship wines produced by Bodegas Muga. It is a traditional-style Rioja made primarily from Tempranillo grapes, along with smaller proportions of Garnacha, Mazuelo, and Graciano. The wine undergoes extended aging in oak barrels and bottle before release. The 1994 vintage is in a great drinking spot, offering a harmonious balance of fruit, acidity, and oak, with well-integrated tannins. A pleasurable drinking experience now but can also be cellared further for those who enjoy more mature wines. Clean, clear, and bright. Cherry red with garnet highlights, exhibiting a medium-high intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.
