Showa Retro Jumbo Triple Maneki Neko / Large Size / Ceramic Piggy Bank / Height approx. 37 cm This is a very rare jumbo-size triple Maneki Neko (lucky cat) ceramic piggy bank, believed to have been produced in the mid-Showa era (1950–1970s). The unique design, where three cats are merged into a single figure, is extremely uncommon and traditionally considered to bring three times the good fortune (“Triple Cats = Triple Luck”), symbolizing prosperity and strong positive energy. The large central cat raises its left paw, which is believed to invite customers, good relationships, and general happiness. The large gold coin features the characters “開運” (Good Fortune) and “千万両” (Countless Wealth), symbolizing success, business prosperity, and financial blessings. There is a coin slot on the back and an opening on the bottom (the lid is missing). ⸻ Approximate Dimensions Height: approx. 37 cm Width: approx. 40 cm Depth: approx. 19 cm ⸻ Condition • Shows signs of age, including scratches, scuffs, stains, and paint wear. • Whiskers on the central cat are missing (see photos). • No cracks or major damage. • A warm and charming vintage Showa-era appearance. Please review the photographs carefully and bid only if you understand the vintage condition. ⸻ Shipping (Packaging and Cost Notes) Due to its large size and the fragile nature of ceramic material, the item will be shipped using double-box packaging with generous protective cushioning. As a result, the package size and weight will increase, and shipping costs may be higher than standard parcels. Thank you for your understanding—safety will be prioritized. ⸻ Recommended Uses • Storefront display, restaurants, cafés • Interior decor for wishing business success • Collectible for lucky charms and Japanese culture • Triple-cat design for triple good fortune
