Beautiful Art Deco side table. It is a side table made as a smoking table. The small table has a brass top. The brass prevented any burn damage to the table when cigarettes or cigars fell into the ashtray. A glass plate is placed on the brass. It was probably added later on top of the surface. The top is completely smooth and barely damaged. When it is cleaned properly (as seen in the photo, the surface is fairly clean), it shines like a golden mirror. The table is 58 cm high, the top has a diameter of 40 cm, and it weighs approximately 5 kg.
Very beautiful are the three light oak turned legs. The wood grain in those legs is beautiful!

The table was made in the Netherlands and probably dates from the 1930s. The style could be described as Art Deco. The little table is completely original and still 100% stable.

This side table fits well in both a sleek and a romantic interior, and is very functional, even for the non-smoker.
