Description from the seller

Mina (1970)

Nicknamed The Tiger of Cremona, she is considered one of the greatest interpreters in the history of Italian music. She is known for her vocal qualities and for being a star in the sixties and seventies in numerous television shows broadcast by Rai. Her vocal style is characterized by great breadth and extension, capable of combining singing power with versatility, supported by a very solid technique; Mina also stands out for her interpretative skills and eclecticism, which have led her to successfully tackle musical genres often far apart. With over 150 million albums sold, she is the Italian musical artist with the most records sold worldwide. Throughout her career, which began in the late 1950s and is still ongoing, Mina has performed more than 500 songs, achieving records and receiving awards and recognitions, including two participations in the Sanremo Festival.
Photographed exclusively over three evenings by Franco Turcati at Mack1 in Turin in 1970. This photo is part of a sequence showing his hand movement, which she greatly appreciated.
The photo with Mina's dedication is not part of the lot; it is included only as a reference.

Conservation advice for works
For optimal preservation of your Fine Art print:
Our Fine Art prints deserve special care to preserve their quality over time, preventing yellowing or fading.
It is recommended to always handle them with clean, dry cotton gloves.
In case of framing, use a mat to prevent direct contact between the print and the glass.
Keep the prints protected from direct light. The materials of storage boxes are also essential: cartons containing lignin or with an acidic pH can damage the print support and promote yellowing.

It is part of the collections at EIKON, Museum of Photography in Turin.
