Plate (2) - Porcelain - Qianlong (1736-1795)
Very fine pair of Chinese blue and white porcelain soup plates produced in Jingdezhen during the end of the Qianlong period (1736–1795). The plates are decorated with pavilions, pagodas, bridges, boats, and pine trees, enclosed by a finely painted trellis diaper pattern border. The decoration is executed in a lovely deep blue tone.
Condition: very good, some very minor fleabites along the rim.
Origin: private Dutch collection
Dimensions: 23,5 (⌀) x 5 (height) cm
