The adjustment and focus are limited, however; the lens can no longer be retracted. Magnification is still possible, though. This might be remedied by replacing the screw. I wanted to point this out!

The eye pads with lenses are also decorated with mother-of-pearl – however, a mother-of-pearl ring is missing on the left one – I am explicitly pointing this out!
