Château Cascadais is a red wine from the Corbières appellation in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. Owned by Philippe Courrian—also proprietor of Château Tour Haut-Caussan in Médoc—the estate was acquired in 1992 and named after the natural waterfalls ("cascades") in the area .
The estate spans 25 hectares of vineyards, surrounded by 50 hectares of garrigue, 10 hectares of cultivable land, and 3 hectares of olive trees . The grape varieties include Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault. The vineyard is certified organic, and the winemaking process emphasizes traditional methods.
