This model features two solid brass pans supported by a heavy cast iron base painted in a cream tone, with red lettering indicating its 5-kilogram maximum capacity. The paint shows charming signs of age and usage, contributing to its authentic patina. The scale is accompanied by an antique wooden box containing several precision brass weights. Please note: these weights are not original to the scale, though they are period-appropriate and equally vintage.
