Two late 18th‑century solid 950 silver main course size fiddle pattern forks and spoons by Jean‑Baptiste Arthaud of Toulouse, hallmarked 1784 and 1789 with later re‑assay marks, lengths 20.5 cm and 20.8 cm, widths 2.5 cm and 4.3 cm, total net silver weight 144 g, in good condition with patina and minor wear but no repairs.

Finely hand crafted late 18th century solid 950 silver main course size plain fiddle pattern fork and spoon (handle engraved with "DPS" monogram)
Length 20,5 cm and 20,8 cm
Width 2,5 cm and 4,3 cm
Net silver weight of 2 items 144 grams
Fully hallmarked 1784 and 1789 French Assay Office guarantee marks with Jean-Baptiste Arthaud silversmith's mark. Also later re-assay marks
Condition report:
In fine 236 and 241 years old original condition - great patina, minor scratches and dings, a few dark areas, some wear to fork prongs - no repairs, no cracks as you can see in pictures that are part of the description
