In this work based on materiality, the artist has drawn many colored bands that open into space and are directed towards the sky to the west at sunset, when the colors change and continually chase each other towards infinity, awaiting a new day.

Paolo Contin has enjoyed a long artistic career. He trained in the world of design and has worked in fashion and art since 1980. He began exhibiting his work in 1999; his first solo exhibition was held in Padua in 2002, followed by numerous shows in Italy and abroad, including Copenhagen, Munich, Paris, Brussels, Istanbul, Buenos Aires, and Sydney.
