William Van Horn (born February 15, 1939, in Oakland) is an American comic artist, mainly known for his work with Donald Duck and Scrooge McDuck.

He also drew stories based on Duck Tales. In some of them, the main hero was Śmigacz McKwak.
In Poland, his comics were mainly published in Donald Duck.

In the early years of his career as a creator of Disney comics, he collaborated with John Lustig. In 1994, he helped Carl Barks create the story 'Horsing Around with History' (Polish: 'Tyle waży koń trojański', Donald Duck 35-36/2010), which was published in issue 33 of the magazine 'Uncle Scrooge Adventures'.

His son Noel is also a comic artist for Disney.
