A fine Satsuma ceramic plate, measuring circa 24cm in diameter and weighing 809g, delicately decorated in polychrome enamels and gold to depict an abundance of flowers and central vines of wisteria. Marked to the underside with Shozan maker´s mark in two characters under Shimazu family crest. Condition: Very good. no significant damages or repairs. Minimal wear commensurate with age. This lot will be carefully packaged and shipped by registered and insured mail.
