Ce Toyota Hilux OVERDRIVE Groupe T1 a été construit en 2015 par OVERDRIVE RACING, situé Rue de l’Entreprise 1, 4530 Villers-le-Bouillet, Belgique. Depuis 2006, ce préparateur est spécialisé dans la construction de véhicules de rallye-raid pour des compétitions telles que le Rallye Dakar, le Rallye du Maroc, et bien d'autres.

Ce Toyota a été initialement commandé par un client privé pour participer à divers rallyes-raids en tant que pilote amateur. Il possède le numéro de passeport technique FIA ​​B2015-03BTT et répond à toutes les spécifications requises pour la participation à des compétitions privées et professionnelles.
