The underwater cellar is a unique experiment: 9000 bottles of Talamo IGT were immersed at a depth of 35 meters in the sea of ​​Talamone to complete the aging at a constant temperature of 16 degrees: a task completed thanks to diving and sports experts divers. The bottles were positioned with the help of a 40 meter pier and the collaboration of Cressi Sub. The objective is clear: to avoid any natural impact, also exploiting the movement of the sea to improve the wine. Marco Bacci has in fact noticed that wines age better on his boat. The Terre di Talamo are extremely close to the diving point, allowing us to produce a unique 0 km wine.
