Wine stored in a wine cellar at the right temperature and good humidity. Château la Violette supposedly takes its name from the very particular aroma of violet that emerges from the moment it is opened. The value of this château has continued to rise since a certain “flying winemaker” became interested in it. Added to this is the fact that this estate produces as many bottles as a small estate of Burgundy or Champagne, or around 25,000 bottles per year, making it relatively rare. The terroir and long aging of this Pomerol allow it to age easily. The excellent state of conservation of these bottles provides great tasting moments. A wine to taste at least once in your life.
