Rara Panca-Baule in Venetian Renaissance style in walnut, finely carved, Italy, 19th century.

Beautiful Venetian walnut chest with finely carved details; the carving details are spectacular. The back panels display intricate raised floral scenes. At the top, there is a Lion, a symbol of Venice. Many other highly crafted and characteristic details are present.
The bench opens to reveal a spacious storage area inside the chest.
Large piece, ideal for an entrance or a lounge.
